Great pay. And some of the best people on the factory floor. You won't be able to find any of them in the glass box with AC
Cons
The Air is toxic. Hexa chromium weld dust is on every thing. Being that every thing is white well it started off white Its fair easy to see the dust. You can't trust anyone who is above you or even if they are at the same level as you they are always waiting to cut your throat.
