Jobs pays as team leader $17 a hr i think regular is like 16 and process techs $22 to $26. They pay shift premiums.They have a great point system and when you have a family emergency you can take a paid half day off. Summer shut down is two weeks. Personal paid Vacation days 2 weeks and goes up To 3 weeks with seniority. Paid grievance for immediate family from 2 to 5 days depending. Work isnt hard. Ability to transfer shifts and area. Free luncheons when area hit a goal. Free luncheons on holidays. Good team work good management. Union shop. Paid time n half after 38 hrs and double on sunday. Triple on holidays if you have to work which is very rare. 30Min lunch 2x 15 min breaks. Overall Great company
