Daly Hour Punching system: In terms of company this system is good but when we see in ground level, the reality is completely different. What I see from my position, there are people in the low level of the hierarchy who work continues and still, they have to justify that they have done those work in above time whereas senior do time pass and reduce juniours hour and punch them. Rotating Shift: Rotating shift will not help in terms of increasing efficiency of the employee. No work in terms of automation, people do same work again and again and are happy to do the same. No work life balance, people at junior level have to work extra to achieve the commitment of senior given to the customer. Seniors never show up on the weekend but they expect junior to come on every weekend.
