Pros
Good for starting out, gained a lot of knowledge. Employees are very friendly and helpful.
Cons
Lack of leadership qualities in management. Very little to no training is offered. Basically thrown into job and expected to catch on. The company does not take advantage of current technology. A lot of manual spreadsheets as opposed to implementing a better ERP system.
