Engineer - Engineer Faurecia Employee Review

Worked in Emissions side. Not enough people in the right places to do the work. Always talking about head count too high. Tech center has their own agenda and rarely listens to the plants. Good people but the process needs to change. Facility I worked at is voluntary Union which is not a problem except it rewards the slackers and beats down the hard workers which makes for a lower moral on the floor.
