Pros
There is none. Overall a dead end slave job.
Cons
Management is at the bottom of the pole. They cut a material handler job out and then expected another to do both jobs. They could care less how hard an employee works, they do a lot of favoritism. There loss not mine. They get rid of the good workers and keep the employees that do little.
