Pros

Free lunch and breakfast fr selective employees who work for shifts. 5L insurance fr self n family members. Flexible work timings. Work from home is provided. Free bus passes.

Cons

Lot of politics. Unnecessary staffs are working here. Too many pple in a team. Management is too good, but contract employees take ride at full time employees and boss over everyone. No fun activities conducted. HE team is least bothered about the things going around at office. One lady Don takes over the office and screws everybody's happiness. She's in fact a principal of the office. She doesn't have enough knowledge of few things and calls herself a manager and commands over. If you want to learn drama and actings this is the right platform for you to learn. 30+ years people act like 5 yr old kids and distract the whole office by their meaningless jokes and unnecessary loud laughs. Lot of bootlicking ideas should be learnt if you want to stay here. Top management people talk to co-worker's by using "ya" Ex: come ya, go ya, sit ya... Lol.. It's very funny to hear all this from the top management people behaving this way. No good increments. No religious festivals are celebrated.
