Constant layoffs, poor management, low morale - Product Owner FIS Employee Review

Management seems completely clueless, with no clear direction. Ever since the failed Worldpay acquisition (which cost the company heavily), it has been non-stop cost-cutting. McKinsey-driven strategies only resulted in layoffs, almost every two weeks for the last couple of years. Employee morale is at an all-time low; most people are just waiting for their turn to be laid off. No job security, no motivation, and no growth opportunities.
