When we were acquired by FIS, some of the major changes they implemented were basically a pay decrease:
- reduced 401k matching - went from 1 to 1 at 5% (5% total match) to 1 to 0.5 at 6% (3% total match)
- removed some healthcare options, mainly only HSA options now. Costs are also higher, so I pay more for my insurance and get less out of it.
- removed bonuses for non-management with zero warning and no transparency.
- very little upward mobility.
- Senior management doesn't seem to care current employees are unhappy and leaving
