Pros
Vacation time was reduced as part of becoming FIS with long gaps between time off increases. Medical benefits are what I would expect. Most managers are very understanding about personal issues, but some are not, and aggressively so. Very good people to work with, for the most part. Good facilities - cafeteria, workout rooms, etc.
Cons
Disconnect between what management says about our place in the industry and how it is reflected in salary/merit increases. Once we became FIS it feels like there is less trust in the integrity of their employees. Common to all large companies, the misdeeds of a few result in policies that penalize the majority.
