      Great company to work, HR and the legal team are very helpful. Training provided for personal skills development. Employment stock exchange program is great.

      Reporting managers are not on client site.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
