Pros
My job is flexible, decent work-life balance, good management. The motto is "it's up to your manager" so if you're lucky to get a good manager, you'll like it there. My bosses like to make work fun as much as they can while being very productive. Senior management works hard at making themselves visible and available. The CEO allows anyone to email him, and he will answer them all and post them.
Cons
recent merger announced on 4/1/09 with FIS makes things uncertain. Job can be stressful given the nature of the business.
