      Pros

      Good coworkers even after huge layoffs. Alot of teamwork and helping each other out on projects - both small, short and long term.

      Cons

      Immediate management is good however upper management is clueless(FL). Only looking out for the almighty dollar. Small, small raises for ordinary workers huge compensation for upper management and more and more layoffs. Less people = more work. Healthcare is almost nil. Many people need a second job to cover healthcare donut hole.

      Pros

      Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

      Cons

      After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
