The RPA team in Gurugram suffers from a top-down management culture where managers and team leads exercise excessive control over decisions, leaving little room for employee input. Constructive disagreement is often discouraged, and many employees feel that challenging decisions can negatively impact performance evaluations (QIP) and career growth opportunities. As a result, innovation and creativity are severely limited. While leadership frequently talks about digital transformation and emerging technologies, the team is expected to continue working on outdated, unstable, and inefficient platforms. This disconnect between vision and execution creates frustration and hinders both professional development and business outcomes.
