Pros
HR function previously had decent leadership and sought to empower staff. Teams were mostly collaborative and accountable.
Cons
Leadership turnover and constant change, lack of direction and transparency, last minute decision making leading to teams having to rework solutions and put in crazy hours to meet demands. Remote work is being eliminated even though it was shown to be productive and beneficial to employee work life balance. The sole focus for the company is increasing stock price no matter the detriment to company culture and employees.
