      Pros

      There's always something to do at the job. And there is certainly a lot of encouragement for automation. The people you work with are nice and the clients can be, too. You get a fairly high 401K match, and the benefits you get for the position are considerable. Especially as it is a remote position.

      Cons

      Job retention is very short and the skills you learn are very limited to the position. There is no guarantee you will be within the position and people leave all the time. If this happens, you will be overworked.

      Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

      Cons

      After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
