      Good company to work for, over 50 years in the market, strong financials, portfolio of products and opportunities. I have recently joined and already making great comps, also met colleagues that have and are making serious numbers 6 and 7 figure checks.

      Cons

      It is a big organization, lots of red tape and procedures, can be slow with some processes.
