- Flexible work from home policy. - Good leave policy.
Cons
-Company is currently on a firing spree from last one month which is likely to be continued till the company is sold. Firing multiple technical and non -technical people from the senior to the entry level . -Upper management is delusional. -Every month there is a rumour of a list floating around having the names of the people to be fired. -Low annual hike - Variable component of salary is also cut. - Technology far behind the companies in competition.
