      good manager and leadership in my business unit. flexibility and remote work. tons of variety in products and opportunities to learn if you seek them out.

      Cons

      feels disorganized at times. lots of layoffs, restructuring, and change. inconsistent management. business units don't collaborate and lots of gatekeeping.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.
