My recruiter got me my first assignment quickly. The recruiters listen to you and place you in the job they see as the best fit. The recruiters are also easy to talk to.
Cons
They contact you in every method of communication you allow for every message they have. I got an email, phone call, voicemail, and text message for every message they needed to get across. I was unable to acquire another assignment at the end of my first one. The reasoning was it's the holiday season so everything's slow which didn't make sense to me. They send you job offer emails almost daily if not daily. They were not understanding of me needing a single mental health day and made me feel anxious about potentially losing my job over it. Found out you can get fired from a client/assignment for calling in sick for half a day.
