Pros
Good benefits, reasonably priced Healthcare, some really good parental leave policies
Cons
Employees are overworked, and undervalued. I was an entry level employee for years before I was promoted to a supervisory role so I saw both sides of it. Employees are often forced to switch to another department with no choice and very little additional training, at times working for 2 departments at the same time. Supervisors also are often given a large group of agents to manage with little support and unclear guidance. Its awful for agents and for supervisors. They say they promote work-life balance but they do not. The higher up the chain, the less they care about the Employees and the more they care about profits.
