Furlough instituted,401k matches frozen, raises minimal 2009 into 2010 Layoffs frequent, include top talent, not based on performance but on company focuses on short term financial wins or ebit goals and not on long term system efficiencies work computers hard to get repaired and internal system rolled out improperly and archaic old tools - bad form for a company who wants to be known for technology
