Pros

Flexible Work‑From‑Home Arrangement: Experian truly empowers employees with trust and flexibility, allowing us to perform at our best while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Understanding & Supportive Superior: Leadership here doesn’t just manage — they mentor. My manager is encouraging, empathetic, and always ready to guide, which makes day‑to‑day work both productive and enjoyable. People‑First Culture: The company genuinely prioritizes the well‑being, growth, and development of its employees. You can feel that the culture is collaborative, positive, and built around respect. Great Team Environment: Colleagues are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. It’s easy to feel included and valued.

Cons

Overall, very positive experience and nothing to highlight.

Pros

Good work-life balance, fair, hybrid. Opportunities if you are in business or sales. Avoid if looking for a technical career.

Cons

Experian publicly advertises that they are a technology company, but operationally if you want to move ahead, in the business and sales area is where you want to be. Very little opportunity for engineers and technical. Experian has become more of a Fintech company in the last 5 years and leaves them vulnerable in bad economies.
