Pros

Supportive leadership and collaborative teams. Strong emphasis on work-life balance and employee well-being. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package. Opportunities to work on impactful, data-driven products. Flexible work arrangements and modern tech stack in many teams.

Cons

Cross-team dependencies sometimes delay execution. Legacy systems in certain areas require modernization. Promotion timelines can feel longer than expected.

Pros

Good work-life balance, fair, hybrid. Opportunities if you are in business or sales. Avoid if looking for a technical career.

Cons

Experian publicly advertises that they are a technology company, but operationally if you want to move ahead, in the business and sales area is where you want to be. Very little opportunity for engineers and technical. Experian has become more of a Fintech company in the last 5 years and leaves them vulnerable in bad economies.
