Pros

• Concrete SLAs mean I always have enough time to do my work • Sales Team (BDs) know our services super well, so they don’t oversell • Great culture, feels supportive • actually no blame culture • Great process documentation • I have latitude to handle clients how I want • Get the opportunity to work on internal projects outside my daily job duties • Recognition freely given • Decent pay • We were able to disagree and have differing perspectives and still push forward.

Cons

department leadership took the decision to offshore a couple teams and handled the announcement terribly. Management was so insensitive and callous I couldn't believe it. That said, the Director who was the main problem was let go after 1 year in the role.

Pros

Good work-life balance, fair, hybrid. Opportunities if you are in business or sales. Avoid if looking for a technical career.

Cons

Experian publicly advertises that they are a technology company, but operationally if you want to move ahead, in the business and sales area is where you want to be. Very little opportunity for engineers and technical. Experian has become more of a Fintech company in the last 5 years and leaves them vulnerable in bad economies.
