Pros

In the past, there were some good people to work with. Work and safety in the past was reasonable.

Cons

The workers who perform well did not stay. Bad attitude and poor work is rewarded. People who can work are punished with more work. People are encouraged to take risky and unsafe decisions. Exit interview was the worse. More people are quitting but they continue to pile work onto people. Poor work load management. Bonus and outlook was really bad. Manager was biased towards indian national.

Pros

Pay is good, bonuses are low, benefits have decreased every year Lunch in cafeteria is great Shift relief time was good, had enough time after work to be with family We sure miss Bonnie out there , she’s great.

Cons

Micromanaging - Extreme lack of trust Overall morale for the whole site is way down starting from 2018 Bias Backstabbing Incompetency - certain employees promoted to next level without actually knowing or understanding the process No work life balance, we’re told that doesn’t apply to production workers. Overtime hours avg 400-700 hours a year No room for employee growth or thoughts on process productivity/troubleshooting acknowledged if you’re not in the clique 3-2-2-3 shift schedule swapping from nights to day each time led to overall fatigue. Needs to be 2 weeks of nights and 2 weeks of days. HR is an overall joke, they used to be superb until COVID and the new site manager. Preach safety but turn a blind eye when it’s convenient to reach production. Then fault the operators or maintenance personnel if something happens.
