They straight up lied to me about the length of my contract. I left a pretty decent full time job with good benefits on the face value agreement that I’d be joining a company for a minimum of 6 months. Turns out I was only contracted for 1 month and was at risk of being let go at any time. Wtf! Only reason I learned this was through a slip of the tongue from a colleague. Not sure if this was just the office I worked with or if this is a systemic issue at apex or other recruitment firms but be careful with any apex opportunities. Go with eyes wide open. And the kicker here is there is no documentation showing 6 months in any of the paperwork they gave me. So jokes on me I guess. Good news I got out and moved on to a full time job at a great company.
