Pros
Great place to start your corporate career off after college and opportunity to make some good money
Cons
-company culture is a "work hard, play hard" type of attitude, but really everyone is over-stressed and turn over is very high. it makes it hard to keep the positive atmosphere -company clearly cares about Account Managers more than Recruiters and it is obvious in the way they are treated by upper management and the AMs themselves -managers are not put through enough training before getting into management positions. They need to learn how to manage people instead of being given the job based on a popularity contest or a game of Survivor. -they make it sound very lucrative to get you to to accept the job and be motivated, but actually the commission structure is terrible. Employees are getting a percentage of a percentage of a percentage of what they EARNED.
