Pros

Friday hours are shorter than Monday through Thursday

Cons

Does making cold calls, reading resumes all day and submitting candidate profiles to black holes where your candidate will never get a call back let alone an offer sound fun to you? All for less than $15/hour? THEN THIS IS THE JOB FOR YOU. Internal competitiveness worse than external competition leading to leads being stolen and therefore $$. Base salary is laughable and they get new grads with the enticement of high commission, but you will not be breaking 40K within the first year. Turnover is out of control with most people leaving within the first year, except for a couple of lifers. Management is incestuous - only promoting from within with people who have no experience outside of Apex Systems and only rely on metrics (40+ outbound calls per day) to determine success. A dead-end, career-stopper of a job. If you value your worth, income, future employment, etc. don't accept a position here. If you leave, don't expect to give notice, and DO expect them to beg you to stay. Middle management will never leave because of the lofty salary, and will never be let go against numerous employees suggestions.
