Pros

young workforce, recruiters there are all fun and very personable

Cons

they will work oyu like a dog and screw you over when you put in your notice. I got a new job offer and put in my notice and they li was not allowed to work my notice which I will be taking up with the unemployment commission,They let me go at the end of the day, with no time to make anything right with my current contractors. They put extreme pressure to do a weeks worth of work inone half day and left my team in a bad spot when I had to leave with loose ends not tied up. Shameful. The managers truly did not care they were hurting their teams to be spiteful. They do not care they were not the ones trying to fix the mess they made. Worse still they listed a reason for letting me go the same day as me putting them in a bad spot because I did not put in a full 2 week notice..Ridiculous! My manager did not even tell me until halfway through the day that today would be my last day. Another manager had the audacity to link me asking what I was being paid in my new role, completely unprofessional. And what do you know the following Friday I was NOT PAID via direct deposit, I am hoping they mailed my check instead but we will see. Long in short they went against all of their core values on the day I put in my notice. I will not even get into what went on prior to my last day. Enough said.

Pros

It was great before Everforth come in and took over.

Cons

No transparency! I was given negative feedback on a recent interview and the recruiter would not disclose anything. I have a right to know what was said about me. How else can I improve if I don't know why I did not get the job?
