      Schedule is good. M to F. Weekends off. There's no perfect job You make the best of it.

      Cons

      They will fire you to hire someone else internally. It just happen to me.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
