Pros
Had all the benefits, steady hours & had weekends and holidays off. Paid holidays as well. Reasonable meal benefit (for us it was like $1/day for lunch). 5 sick days. Vacation hours.
Cons
In order to move up, somebody has to quit. Minimal annual raises! There's absolutely no seniority except they do rack up some vacation time. District managers Act like they care about your concerns, but they really don't, which is unfortunate.
