      Decent pay, potential for upward mobility within the cafe

      Cons

      Were promised off on certain holidays (cafe was to be closed) then informed otherwise just days before those major holidays.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
