      Good benefits and hours for most locations were favorable, mostly Monday through Friday day shift

      Not a lot of support or growth. Asked to help at other accounts without pay on days off

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
