Pros

Hours are good most of the time: Monday thru Friday- anywhere from 5:30 am to 2:30 or 3 or 3:30 pm for full-time employees and managers. Part-time employees may work anywhere from 8 am to 12:30 or 1 pm. Depending on the boss and building, they may tell you when to clock out and go home. Until you get your building photo ID badge, you will have to wait at security and be escorted plus wear a visitor badge. Benefits may be better for some than for others depending on full-time or part-time status and seniority.

Cons

Management is often difficult to please and just flat out rude and disrespectful. They often have an air of arrogance about them and get upset over the smallest things. They may cut your hours in a heartbeat without even telling you why and then look for you to do something wrong so they can write you up and then maybe even have an excuse to fire you. They often wait until after the fact to tell you what you have done wrong instead of telling you how to do it correctly the first time. They assume you know how to do something when in fact you may need to be trained. They may say you are not doing your job and are too slow, but the fact of the matter may be that they just don't like you for whatever reason no matter good an employee you may be. On the flip side, they may like you even if you are terrible. It all depends on the boss and building plus the boss over your immediate boss.

Pros

preparing the meals was the only good part.

Cons

Management is not very professional and will run your life force dry. They will overwork you by adding additional work and expecting you to complete the impossible. Management does not like to hire and will over work their current employees to stress and burnout. There is no time for rest, only fast paced continuous work. You get one thirty minute meal break that consists of bland breakfast after only working 2.5 hrs. You're not allowed to eat the lunch you prepared. There is zero respect for your life outside of work. To Eurest/Compass you are only a performing monkey. Run while you can.
