      Particular manager would promise certain major holidays off in advance (cafe scheduled to be closed) for the whole company then less than 1.5 weeks in advance require the cafe to be open and people to work.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
