      Terrible, abusive, immoral upper management Told to change scale weight to their benefit. ILLEGAL! Cut corners using inferior product to benefit Compass upsetting customers. No support. Hacks. Unhappy staff. Café = Cafeteria

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
