Pros
Most nights and weekends off other than special events
Cons
I find it hard to swallow that a company who boasts employees as “family” could lay off and furlough the number of employees that have been let go over the past few months. By March 15, they’d stripped hourly associate of of floating vacation days and left everyone of furlough without any direction of when if if we’d be back to work. How does Eurest brag about being a $2billion plus company but could t survive 2 weeks without layoffs? Now we’ve all been sitting out of work just waiting to hear what will happen. After 15 years with this company, it’s disappointing. For managers who were furloughed, they stripped them of email addresses, computers and company cell phones immediately so they were t even allowed to say goodbye to coworkers or gather phone numbers. Meanwhile, the presidents and corporate managers are still working while people in the field were cut salaries by almost 50%. The CEO sent a memo saying that anyone working in the field would keep their salary but it wasn’t true, they have indeed cut salaries and some managers are only working in hopes they’ll have a job once this is said and done.
