Eurest hired a new manager who changed the whole dynamics of the work place we called our second home. We felt disrespected, bullied and threatened by an unprofessional manager. Bringing this to the attention of upper management and our Union Rep. only made the situation worse. Retaliation to the extreme and another employee was targeted for dismissal. After almost two years, eight employees were either fired or quit in a unit of 10/12 employees. Two employees were there for 19 years, two over 10 years, and the remainder 5 or less years. New hires came with an open mind and soon found out they could not meet the expectations of management in the allotted time.
