      Pros

      My management team is very encouraging and supportive. Everyone is willing to help each other and safety for the team is number one. I have had the opportunity to interact with Senior Management in Eurest and they were very positive and encouraging and down to earth.

      Cons

      There are still allot of paper manuals for support, but allot of the items is being converted

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
