      Very large company with lots of room for growth for individuals that are willing to put the time in to develop themselves

      Due to large scale of company at times it can be disjointed for manager as the company is spread out

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
