      Pros

      Nice colleagues and no micro management.

      Cons

      The remote upper management component was terrible. No support at your site from your manager at all. You are basically on your own and left to figure things out as you go. No room for growth at all. Countless boring and useless meetings, that take away from getting your tasks done. If you are looking for an entry level position to get seem quick experience, than yes this would be the place for you. Other than that, run fast. Also, there is no HR!!

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
