      Salaried managers have a lot of pressure to succeed by reaching numerical goals. An understandable pitfall of being a step on the corporate ladder.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
