      Extensive training during first 90 days. Given creative freedom and new ideas are welcomed. Met many helpful and pleasant colleagues.

      Cons

      Some systems are dated. The company is actively working to streamline to make things easier for unit managers and associates, but it does take time.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
