Pros

Honestly it's hard for me to find any pros. I think the only pro would be the benefits and the hours but that's really about it and you can find that anywhere else.

Cons

Senior management expects you to know things and do things without being told to do so. There was zero training for me and I was held accountable for things that was never portrayed to me. No one holds themselves accountable, they always throw the blame on anyone else that they possibly can. There is zero communication and bad attitude all throughout the location that I worked in. They belittle their management team and make them feel incompetent and constantly yell at them for things no matter what. You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't. My advice is don't work here and I should have listened to previous reviews on the company. This was the worst decision I have ever made.

Pros

Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

Cons

Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
