Pros

A good place to start a telecom career and gain industry knowledge.

Cons

Rampant corruption at the top with zero leadership accountability—evident in multiple civil lawsuits, DOJ investigations, and convictions. Shareholder bailout seems to be the strategy. The leadership consists of pretenders, politicians, and referees rather than true leaders. Decisions are driven by job preservation rather than genuine leadership for business growth, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. Chronic overcommitment and under-delivery. Diversity is merely a checkbox; the top remains a white men's fraternity club. The company claims Swedish values and culture, but these only apply to departments actually based in Sweden.

Pros

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Cons

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
