Pros
I came to Ericsson in the deal between Sprint and Ericsson that sent 6,000 operations employees from Sprint to Ericsson. I was happy my pay didn't change and the benefits were comparable to Sprint's.
Cons
My ability to retire in a comfortable fashion is important, and Ericsson doesn't have a 401k match as I was used to when working at Sprint.
