Pros
Swedish work environment, everything that is good about that culture: trust, not overdriven employees
Cons
Low salaries (In Hungary), smart people are leaving because of not-so-bright (technologically) people left in position of power due to managment driven culture instead engineering (=promotes people with soft skills instead of useful knowledge). Tries to solve everything with introducing more management roles.
