Pros
Great health benefits and great wireless company. Ericsson respects employees personal life and encourages a work/life balance. HR stands behind their employees and quick to react when needed.
Cons
Very process oriented and no way around it. Too many resources involved in a project at any time driving the operations cost very high. No accountability for bad actions. Ericsson does not have much wireline competence and the company strategy in North America is not focused on this. Promotions are hard to come by and typically you have to be in with the execs to know about openings and to get promoted. Internal cross charges between accounts hinders projects.
