Pros
Ericsson is a pretty big company and there are notable differences between projects and sections. However, in general the work life balance is great and the office atmosphere is quite friendly.
Cons
Again, there might be differences between the sections and the projects. Where I worked, there was no long term perspective, career path, real chance for promotion or raise in salary. Besides this, the management was also terrible, incapable of motivating the employees.
